What You Will Do:

- Drive the performance of the organisation's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and striving for excellence.

- Implement and manage effective APQP processes to support product and process quality across the business.

- Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure consistent and high-quality outcomes.

- Lead non-conformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to improve manufacturing performance.

- Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO9001/AS9100 standards.

- Monitor and analyse performance data to identify opportunities for scrap reduction and right-first-time improvements.

What You Will Bring:

- At least 3 years of experience with Quality Management Systems in an ISO9001/AS9100 certified manufacturing environment.

- Expertise in APQP, PPAP, and FAIR processes, with strong documentation management skills.

- Proficiency in auditing management systems and processes.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to drive quality improvements.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
