This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in quality, governance, compliance or service improvement to play a key role in driving quality and continuous improvement across their care home group.
What you'll bring as the Healthcare Quality Systems Manager:
Significant experience managing Quality Management Systems within health, social care, healthcare or another regulated environment Experience designing and implementing quality assurance and governance frameworks Strong knowledge of audits, compliance, risk management and root cause analysis Experience producing assurance and governance reports for senior leadership and Boards Ability to analyse quality data and turn findings into effective improvement plans Level 5 qualification, or equivalent experience, in Health & Social Care, Quality Management, Healthcare Governance or Leadership (essential) Evidence of continuing professional development in quality, governance, compliance or service improvement Quality Improvement, Governance, Risk Management, Lean, Six Sigma or Auditor qualifications would be desirable What you'll be doing as the Healthcare Quality Systems Manager:
Lead and continuously improve the organisation's Quality Management System Oversee audits, quality assurance, compliance reviews and governance processes Analyse quality, compliance, incident, safeguarding and performance data to identify risks and trends Provide quality and compliance reports, dashboards and KPI insights to senior leadership and the Board Support investigations, risk management, root cause analysis and improvement actions Lead quality system audits, regulatory reviews and governance meetings Support and develop the Quality Officer Drive a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement across the organisation This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established care organisation where you can make a real difference by supporting high standards of care, compliance and continuous improvement.
