The Role:

Leading QA and technical processes across the business
Maintaining and improving quality management systems
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Acting as the key point of contact for audits and external bodies
Driving a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
Supporting and developing a small team

About You:

Experience in a quality/technical role (manufacturing, food, FMCG or similar)
Ready to step up or already operating at manager level
Confident working autonomously and making decisions
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Passionate about raising standards and making improvements
