Quality Technician

Zenith People are pleased to be working with our client who are a Manufacturer based in County Durham and are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Technician on a permanent basis.

Based in the Quality Assurance Department, and working in a "hands on" capacity, you will be responsible for ensuring that all processes and products meet regulatory standards. You'll help manage and maintain the Quality Management System and play a key part in product release, equipment compliance, and internal auditing. Duties include but are no limited to:-

• Issue and control SOPs, forms, and logs
• Support change controls
• Assist with audits, and quality improvements
• Maintain database records

• Review batch documentation
• Prepare Certificates of Analysis

• Support validation, calibration, and temperature mapping
• Maintain HVAC/stability
• Monitor compliance/conduct inspections

• Prepare and send samples externally

• Log, investigate product complaints

• Support staff training and induction
• Minute Taking

Essential Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience working in the position of Quality Technician
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in maths and written/spoken English
