Overview:

We are looking for a Quality Technician to support quality standards across a growing business. You'll work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams to inspect products, investigate quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out first-off, in-process, final and incoming inspections.

Conduct factory inspections to identify and prevent quality issues.

Use verniers, micrometres, gauges and visual inspection techniques.

Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes and support corrective actions.

Work with production teams to reduce defects and improve quality.

Support customer and supplier quality investigations.

Maintain accurate inspection records and ERP documentation.

Support new product introduction, internal audits and ISO 9001 compliance.

Promote right-first-time working and continuous improvements.

Key Requirements:

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, production, assembly, maintenance, warehousing or a similar environment.

Strong attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Methodical approach and ability to follow quality procedures.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office; ERP and inspection equipment experience is advantageous.
