Position: Quality Technician Location: Woking Salary: £18-£20 per hour Umbrella

Our client is seeking five Quality Technicians to join their dynamic and growing team. This is an excellent chance for experienced quality professionals to make an immediate impact and contribute to a supportive and established manufacturing operation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Carry out inspections in line with defined Inspection Plans. - Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformities. - Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. - Support and verify corrective actions to ensure effective implementation. - Manage and segregate non-conforming materials through to final disposition. - Use precision measuring equipment to check dimensions, tolerances, and product performance. - Support daily quality meetings and provide feedback on quality concerns. - Maintain accurate quality records using MS Access, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Use SAP to manage stock transactions, recalls, releases, and inventory movements.
Skills and Experience: - Previous experience within a quality, manufacturing, or process-driven environment. - Strong understanding of quality standards and inspection processes. - Experience working to process instructions and quality procedures. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. - Competent using measuring equipment and inspection tools. - Good IT skills, including Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. - SAP experience would be advantageous but is not essential. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
