Quantity Surveyor

A dynamic, forward-thinking Property & Construction Consultancy is looking for an ambitious and driven Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their established team in Bristol.

The Quantity Surveyors' role

You'll play a key role in delivering a variety of exciting projects across a broad range of sectors, including Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Hospitality, Residential, and Retail. Guided by an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll gain hands-on exposure to both pre- and post-contract cost management, developing well-rounded expertise in the full project lifecycle.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a company widely recognised for its comprehensive in-house APC programme, led by a team of MRICS-qualified professionals who are passionate about mentorship and supporting the next generation of Quantity Surveyors.

This role is ideal for a motivated Quantity Surveyor looking to achieve chartership and make a meaningful impact in a practice that values professional development, teamwork, and long-term career progression.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• Ideally MRICS or actively working towards
• Pre & post contract experience
• UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST
