Title: Quantity Surveyor

Contract: Permanent

Location: East Sussex Area

Salary: up to £65k plus Package

The role:

An opportunity to a well established generalist building contractor working on a array of exciting commercial and residential projects. Valued from a £300k upto £30m.

What's expected from you:

• Experience of working with a regional contractor
• Good understanding of budget management
• happy to be on site when required
• Negotiation skills
• Collating and issuing tender packs for sub-contractor work packages
• Negotiation and analysis of Sub contractor tender returns
• Completion of Subcontract orders and variations
• Subcontract payments, variations, and final accounts
• Completing Monthly CVRs and cost reporting
