Quantity Surveyor

Bennett & Game are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a Contractor based in Grantham. This particular client operates as both a Main contractor on residential developments and a Sub-contractor on groundworks projects, achieving a combined annual turnover of circa £30m. Known for their innovative approach and robust project management, they consistently deliver high-quality outcomes while fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

• Salary: £45k - £65k DOE

• Working for a £30M T/O contractor based in Grantham
• Operating among a small team of Surveyors
• Working on Residential, Commercial and Groundworks projects across the region
• Responsible for a full array of Quantity Surveying duties
• Office based with site visits
• Reporting to the Commercial Director

• Prior experience as a QS within either a main contractor, residential developer or groundworks business.
• Open to QS candidates looking for a step-up
• Relevant qualification or qualified via experience
• Full driving licence
• Good tenure
• Based within commuting distance of Grantham
