Salary up to 65,000 + £6000 Car Allowance + 25 Days Holiday + Pension

Blaymires Recruitment is working in partnership with a prestigious high-end residential contractor who is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor for a £5M manor house refurbishment project near Oxford.

The company is highly regarded for delivering Grade II Listed refurbishments, luxury new builds, and bespoke residential schemes across the South of England.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a landmark property, managing the commercial delivery of a high-spec, heritage restoration from site.

Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor.

• Experience working on high-end residential or listed building refurbishments. (advantageous)
• Strong understanding of traditional building methods and materials.
• Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and confidently on site.
