Quantity Surveyor - Responsibilities & Requirements

• Must have proven experience within a Construction environment
• Client valuations and preparation of applications
• Responsible for serving contract notices to clients in accordance with the contact and customer/company policy
• Strong knowledge and understanding in construction planning and construction execution
• Experience of JCT Contracts
• Managing subcontractors’ applications, variations, payments, and final accounts
• Sub-Contractor commercial management: Tendering process and negotiations, Placing orders, and contracts
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills are a must
• Ongoing liaison with site teams, customer representatives and subcontractors
• Positive, flexible, self-assured and motivated in approach
