Quantity Surveyor

At OCU Group, we’re looking for a self-sufficient and proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our effective team based in Taunton. 

This role is office based with occasional site visits.

We are open to your background, however, someone with Highways and or Infrastructure experience would be at an advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing cost estimates
• Monitoring and optimising costs.
• Manage tendering and negotiate contracts.
• Source materials and services.
• Maintain supplier relationships.
• Administer and ensure contract compliance.
• Resolve disputes during construction.
