Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor?

Do you have experience with NEC contract administration?

What will you be doing?
• You will be responsible for managing all aspects the contractual and financial side of the construction projects,
• Completing monthly reports and conducting client meetings,
• Ensuring budgets, programmes and risks are being monitored.

Where will you be doing it?
• Our client is a mechanical HVAC contractor that provides end-to-end ventilation and fire safety solutions, including design, engineering, installation and commissioning, across sectors such as energy, defence, transport and commercial buildings.

What you'll need:
• An ONC/HNC in a related subject,
• Strong proficiency in measuring drawings and cost estimation,
• Experience with NEC contract administration,
• Ability to understand and measure drawings accurately.
