Quantity Surveyor – OCU (Peterborough)

OCU Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Peterborough. You’ll play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and supporting the delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans
• Conduct valuations and manage subcontractor payments
• Monitor project progress and provide financial reports
• Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within utilities or infrastructure
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
