As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take the lead on large-scale residential and new-build schemes, providing expert cost consultancy from inception through to completion.

They are an ever-growing SME which has no limitations, with just under 20 employees you won’t be a small fish in a big pond, you’ll be making a direct impact to the projects you work on. The Role:

• Manage project budgets and cost plans from start to finish
• Prepare feasibility studies and cost estimates for new developments
• Lead procurement advice, tender documentation, and contractor negotiations
• Oversee financial control, valuations, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide strategic cost advice to private developers on large-scale residential schemes
• Handle post-contract cost control, including variations, final accounts, and compliance

The Person:

• Proven QS experience (ideally within a consultancy environment for private developers)
• MRICS or working towards it
