Quantity Surveyor

Venn Group are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a lead engineering company on a permanent basis Leeds.

Start- Immediate
Location- Leeds/Hybrid
Salary - £45-50k Per Annum

Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
· Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments
· Support contract negotiations
· Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective delivery

Requirements:
· Degree in Quantity Surveying
· Experience in Rail/ Civils Infrastructure
· Strong knowledge of contracts and cost management
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
