Are you a Quantity Surveyor with Consultancy or Main Contractor Experience? Do you want to join a company that offers further training, support on qualifications, and clear progression opportunities?

This multi-disciplinary consultancy works with clients across the UK delivering Commercial Projects such as Hotel, leisure and healthcare valued up to £75 million. Their expertise spans project management, cost consultancy, building surveying, and architectural design for both public and private sector clients. As they continue to grow, they're looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their close-knit, collaborative team.

In this role, you'll take on a variety of pre-and post-contract responsibilities within a flexible working model that blends office and remote work, along with occasional site visits. You'll collaborate closely with Directors and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for a well-established client base.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor with strong JCT and package procurement knowledge who is looking to advance their career.

The Role:
* Running turnkey projects within the commercial sector up to £75 million.
* Collaborating well with the Directors and other departments
* Support on further qualifications including Chartership
* Office based in Cheltenham with hybrid working & occasional site travel

The Person:
* Experienced Quantity Surveyor
* Has JCT contract knowledge and experience
* A desire to develop and progress
* Based a commutable distance from Cheltenham
