In this role, your main responsibility will be to manage costs on all Mechanical and Electrical projects. Alongside this, some responsibilities will include preparing subcontract documents, review contract conditions and report concerns or recommendations to the Projects Director.

This is the ideal position for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who comes from a Construction or Mechanical and Electrical background and is looking to progress their career with a committed and driven business.

The Role:

• Preparing subcontract documents, including bills of quantities - review contract conditions and report concerns or recommendations to the Projects Director.
• Invoicing, estimating and pricing up variations and obtain agreement with clients
• A mix of office and site based (mainly local work).
• Flexible working times.
• Training and progression opportunities with a growing company.

The Person:

• Proven Quantity Surveyor from a Construction or M&E background.
• An understanding of mechanical systems and engineering principles within a commercial setting.
• Holds a positive attitude, driven and forward thinker.
• Holds UK driving licence and comfortable travelling to site across South East when needed.
