Their work includes general construction, maintenance, and repair contracts, with a particular focus on HM Prisons, Hospitals, and Educational Institutions. Your Role As A Quantity Surveyor Will Include:

• Offer expert contractual guidance to project teams
• Oversee commercial management duties
• Carry out cost planning, budget estimates, and financial reviews
• Review completed designs to ensure they meet commercial and contractual requirements

The Successful Quantity Surveyor Will Have:

• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a Quantity Surveying (within construction is ideal)
• Valid CSCS card
• Strong knowledge with construction contracts (NEC and JCT)
• BSc - quantity surveying, commercial management, construction management etc preferred)
• Valid UK driving licence
