In this role, you'll be involved from project inception right through to completion. Responsibilities will include managing budgets, procuring subcontractors and materials, preparing valuation reports, and supporting both the commercial and site teams.

This position would ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor with experience in new-build residential projects. The successful candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, and a desire to progress into more senior positions.
