Quantity Surveyor

Job Description: Surveying duties across multiple Construction Contracts (ranging in value between £50k - £1m+). Car park refurbishment & concrete repairs.

Contracts will be across the UK & the role will involve site visits to support the Contracts and Site teams, as well as attending client meetings.

The responsibilities also include (but not limited to):-

Contract Procurement (sub-contract and high value materials).

Cost control including material consumption checks

Produce CVRs

Ensure valuations / applications / invoices are submitted on time.

Ensure contractual notices (if required) are submitted in a timely fashion.

Our main regions of operation are London/South East, Midlands and North West.

QS based in Birmingham would be expected to be out on sites up to 2 days a week (anywhere in the country, but most likely London / South / South East).

Flexible working would be ok (depending on candidate) but they would need to attend the Coleshill office at least once a week.

This person would need to have a good level of knowledge and experience, ideally in our field car park refurbishment & waterproofing, deck waterproofing, structural repair and protection etc.
