Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our experienced commercial team.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of fast-paced fit-out projects, both in the office and on site. Working closely with an established QS team, you will play a key role in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and management of Schedules of Works

Conducting cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Procurement and management of subcontractors

Valuations, variations, and final accounts

Commercial reporting and client liaison

Site visits across the UK as required

Ensuring adherence to contractual and commercial terms (JCT/NEC)

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail fit-out or fast-track construction (preferred)

Main contractor background essential

Strong understanding of Schedule of Works and contract management

Ability to travel to sites across the UK

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying (desirable)
