The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work closely within a supportive team, delivering a variety of high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, education, retail, and leisure - with values ranging up to £30m.

This Quantity Surveyor position offers a broad scope of work, from traditional cost management duties through to involvement in project management and Employer's Agent responsibilities. You'll gain hands-on experience, grow your professional network, and develop the commercial skills needed to step into a senior role.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• 3+ years' Quantity Surveying experience in a UK based Consultancy firm
• Good pre and post contract experience
• Eager for more responsibility
• Comfortable working within a sociable, dynamic team
