Quantity Surveyor

A dynamic Construction Consultancy in London is looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on fast-paced, high-impact projects, including exciting hotel refurbishments, as well as care homes, education, private residential, student accommodation, and rental schemes ranging from £1m - £30m.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

This is not your typical Quantity Surveyor role where you're stuck on a single project for years. Here, you'll have the thrill of managing multiple projects, seeing them from inception to completion, and knowing that your work is shaping the London skyline.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:
? Oversee 1-3 live projects, gaining valuable multi-project experience.
? Mentor the firm's summer student, enhancing your leadership and management skills.
? Enjoy a flexible working approach, splitting your time between the office, home, and site visits.
? Work closely with supportive Directors, offering mentorship while also giving you the autonomy to run your own projects.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

To be considered for this Quantity Surveyor opportunity, you should have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
• Hotel project experience is highly desirable but not crucial
• A successful track record leading projects & the desire to do so
• Pre and Post Contract experience
