Quantity Surveyor - Permanent - East London - Infrastructure

The Resolute Group is proud to be partnering with a tier 1 contractor that provides national infrastructure services to private and public sector clients across a diverse range of markets.

Location: East London, Dagenham

Job Type: Permanent, Full time

Hybrid working available - x3 days on site

Salary Expectation: £60,000 - £75,000 + Car allowance, 15% Bonus

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering commercial information to the client and reporting the commercial performance of the contract.

Day to day responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor

• Review, negotiate, and manage contract terms and variations with clients and subcontractors, including compensation events.
• Oversee commercial management of subcontractors: chair meetings, track performance, manage accruals, and allocate value.
• Assess and process subcontractor applications and invoices in collaboration with Project Managers.
• Monitor project costs against budgets/forecasts and produce regular cost reports.
• Manage subcontract orders using COINS software, ensure timely payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.

Essential requirements of Quantity Surveyor

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) preferred
• Appropriate CSCS card
• Full UK Driving License
