We’re looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage cost and contractual aspects of our projects. You’ll play a key role in budgeting, procurement, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.

This role is based in Stockport

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets


• Oversee tendering, procurement, and contract administration


• Monitor costs, conduct valuations, and certify payments


• Identify and mitigate project risks

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field


• RICS/CICES chartered or working towards it


• Strong knowledge of contracts and cost control


• Excellent analytical and communication skills
