Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

Key Responsibilities for a Quantity Surveyor:

• Manage the commercial lifecycle of regional civils and infrastructure projects

• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts

• Produce CVRs and manage project cashflows

• Assess and process subcontractor payments and variations

• Support procurement, contract administration, and tender reviews

• Work closely with operational teams to monitor progress and cost performance

• Handle early warnings, variations, and compensation events under NEC

What We're Looking For in a Quantity Surveyor:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (HND/HNC considered)

• Around 3-4 years' experience in a civils, surfacing, or infrastructure setting

• Confident in NEC contract administration and commercial reporting

• Comfortable working across multiple projects and liaising with site teams

• Full UK Driving Licence
