Quantity Surveyor

A dynamic, international Construction & Property Consultancy with a strong UK, European, and Australian presence is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Oxford team.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a standout opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a high-profile, diverse portfolio including Healthcare, Retail, Heritage, Education, Hotels, Automotive, Commercial, and Residential sectors. You'll join a collaborative team of 10 professionals, gaining wide project exposure and enjoying clear progression to Senior Quantity Surveyor level.

The consultancy is award-winning and highly respected for its supportive culture and tailored APC programme - ideal for a Quantity Surveyor aiming to achieve MRICS or grow quickly within a vibrant team.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering projects across the built environment. You'll be involved in both pre and post contract work, client meetings, and cost planning across multiple sectors. The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• MRICS or committed to achieving
• Good pre and post contract experience
• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
• Able to commute to Oxford 3x days a week
