Quantity Surveyor Opportunity - High-End Fit-Out Projects - Permanent Role

Russell Taylor are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor on behalf of an award-winning specialist fit-out contractor renowned for delivering high-end finishes and exceptional attention to detail.

Location: RM1 (Office Base)
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (DOE)
Start Date: Immediate
Sector: High-End Fit-Out (Retail, Hospitality, Leisure, Residential)

The Role:
You will be responsible for managing simultaneous projects of varying values. With the majority of the work being based in London, but there are other contracts and jobs that will be outside of Central London, so a willingness travel will be required at times

Essential Experience:

• Fit-Out (high-end)
• Retail / Hospitality / Leisure sectors / Residential
• Strong commercial acumen & project management skills
