Quantity Surveyor

A respected, RICS-registered Construction Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Old Hatfield.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on high-profile projects for some of the UK's best-known retailers, with a diverse portfolio that guarantees variety and challenge.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a friendly and professional team of 13, working closely with Directors and other surveyors on projects from inception through to completion. Current work includes:

• Large-scale distribution centres
• Fit-out of new retail shells
• Brownfield and conversion projects for builders' merchants
• Multi-site retail rollouts
• Shopping centre and high street retail units
• Schemes in airports and railway stations

This consultancy offers genuine career development, with structured APC support and a proven track record of candidates passing at their first attempt.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
• Pre and Post Contract experience
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
