The Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that will see you regularly attending sites across Greater London. You'll play a key part in ensuring project success while supporting business growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

Based in a modern, open-plan office in central London, you'll be part of a collaborative team with hands-on APC support, direct client exposure, and clear progression opportunities.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar (RICS Accredited)
• 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy firm
• Good pre & post contract experience
• MRICS is highly desirable, or currently working towards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam experience a bonus
