The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor's Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you'll:

• Lead on smaller, manageable schemes
• Support senior colleagues on landmark projects - some exceeding £500m.
• Work across all project stages, from cost planning and take-offs to valuations and final accounts.
• Gain a broad, well-rounded skillset, not confined to one sector or type of work.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Ideally 2-3 years minimum Quantity Surveying experience in a UK consultancy environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Based in or able to commute to London
• Ambitious and dedicated to becoming chartered
