Quantity Surveyor

A respected multidisciplinary construction consultancy is looking for a driven and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their Watford office.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the heart of delivering meaningful projects across the healthcare sector, primarily with NHS clients.

• Schemes range from £250K to £40M
• Projects include both refurbishment and new build
• Full involvement across the project lifecycle, from feasibility through to final account
• Direct mentoring and support from the Director of Cost Management

You'll work closely with project managers and healthcare stakeholders, ensuring cost certainty and value at every stage. This consultancy empowers its Quantity Surveyors to take ownership, make an impact, and see the results of their work first-hand.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
• Pre & Post Contract Experience
• Able to commute to Watford office
• Healthcare or Public Sector project experience
