Quantity Surveyor

A forward-thinking, chartered consultancy based in Thames Ditton is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Specialising in the delivery of bespoke, high-end residential developments, this is an ideal opportunity for a driven professional looking to make their mark in luxury construction.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

As an Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering prime residential projects across Surrey, London, and the South East. From one-off new builds to complex refurbishments ranging from £500k to £10m, you'll be involved in the full project lifecycle, working closely with directors, clients, and contractors.

This is a great opportunity to take on more responsibility, grow within a supportive team, and build a portfolio of work for high-net-worth clients. You'll be exposed to both pre and post-contract duties and receive full support towards chartership.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

You will ideally have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Pre & Post Contract experience
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
• A valid UK driving license
• High-End Residential project experience is highly desirable but not essential
• Local to Surrey area ideally
