Quantity Surveyor

A well-established and rapidly expanding construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their Leatherhead office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident Quantity Surveyor looking for more autonomy, faster progression, and exposure to a variety of project sectors - without the red tape of a corporate environment.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a friendly and knowledgeable team delivering both pre- and post-contract services across a diverse portfolio that includes residential, commercial, heritage, education, and healthcare projects. Projects typically range from £500k to £20m+ in value, offering a great balance of technical challenge and variety.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• 3+ years (ideally) experience in a Consultancy / PQS firm
• Pre & Post Contract Experience
• RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Able to commute to Leatherhead office 3x days a week
• MRICS or committed to achieving
• Client-facing, proactive, and confident in a team environment
