Quantity Surveyor

A growing, people-focused Quantity Surveying consultancy in Oxford is seeking a professional and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who values a collaborative environment and a healthy work-life balance, without compromising on the quality of projects.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 10 Quantity Surveyors delivering a range of exciting schemes, including high-end, fast-paced retail projects, residential, care home & healthcare schemes - private sector new build & refurbishments.

As part of a friendly and supportive team, the Quantity Surveyor will work across all stages of the project lifecycle, gain valuable client exposure, and benefit from structured APC support. There are also opportunities to work nationally and internationally as the team continues to grow.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' Quantity Surveying experience
Consultancy / PQS background essential
Pre and post contract experience
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

£45,000 - £55,000
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
