Quantity Surveyor

Our Client is a revered building contractor delivering a gamut of small works projects in Guernsey. We are handling a unique opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver schemes ranging typically from £2,000 - £500,000. We are looking for a dynamic communicator with strong client facing skills and a contracting mind-set that can take on this operational role and show relevant small works exposure and moreover, be committed to a relocation. Offering a beneficial Tax regime, plus the associated excellent work/life benefits and highly competitive salary and package, our client is also willing to help and assist with moving costs.
