Our client is seeking a detail-driven and commercially aware Quantity Surveyor to support cost management across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial construction projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to further develop their surveying experience within a high-quality, design-focused construction environment. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, gaining hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle while contributing to the delivery of bespoke, premium-standard builds.
Quantity Surveyor - Position Requirements
Experience working on high-end, high-spec residential construction projects Strong background in Quantity Surveying, including cost planning, cost management, and budgeting Solid understanding of building methods, construction processes, and industry regulations Experience supporting or managing elements of project management and contract administration Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and solve problems proactively Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative project team Competent user of construction management or cost-management software A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related disciplineQuantity Surveyor - Key Skills
