Quantity Surveyor - Residential New Build - North London
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + package
A well-established property developer is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a large-scale residential new build development. The project comprises multiple buildings and includes a mix of affordable and build-to-rent homes.
This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working on schemes from an earlier stage, with involvement in procurement and package management as the project progresses through delivery phase.
Role Overview
* Title: Quantity Surveyor
* Location: London
* Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + package
* Start: ASAP but willing to wait for notice periods
* Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
* Supporting the commercial management of a large residential scheme
* Assisting with procurement of subcontract packages
* Managing valuations, variations and subcontractor accounts
* Cost reporting and commercial control throughout the project lifecycle
* Working closely with the wider site and commercial team
Requirements
* Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on residential or mixed-use projects
* Pre-contract and procurement experience
* Ability to manage multiple work packages concurrently
* Strong communication and organisational skills
