The Opportunity

A great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing housing partnerships contractor delivering residential developments across the South West.

This role offers the chance to commercially manage housing schemes within a supportive team, working on secured framework projects with long-term stability and progression opportunities.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

Managing commercial delivery of residential housing projects.

*

Preparing and managing budgets, forecasts and CVRs.

*

Procuring subcontractors and managing packages.

*

Producing valuations, variations and final accounts.

*

Supporting procurement and contract administration.

*

Monitoring project costs and commercial performance.

*

Working closely with site, technical and operational teams.

*

Managing risk and protecting project margins.

About You

*

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a contractor environment.

*

Residential or housing partnerships experience preferred.

*

Strong understanding of commercial processes and contracts.

*

Confident communicator with site and commercial teams.

*

Organised and commercially aware.

*

Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent experience.
