We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our D eveloper services team. Our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments access to vital water and wastewater services. Want to be a part of it? What will you be doing? You'll handle the management of Subcontractor accounts from procurement to final accounting along with supporting the preparation of internal and external reports such as the CVR and DES. You'll help oversee and prepare the forecasting and the valuing of change on the contract. What you’ll bring Do you have proven experience in the contract administration of Thames Water projects? This would be advantageous but not essential. Are you Degree Qualified in a relevant discipline? Are you a Member of a professional body, or working towards? Do you have relevant commercial experience, showing clear progression to Quantity Surveyor? What’s in it for you?
