Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor to support and commercially manage a range of live civil engineering schemes. This role would suit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor running their own projects ready to step up or an experienced Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Role You will take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of civil engineering projects, typically including: General civil engineering works Roads and highways Footpaths and public realm works Bridges and associated structures Working closely with the commercial manager, project managers and site teams, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered profitably and in line with contract requirements, predominantly under NEC forms of contract.
