Key Duties Manage commercial aspects of civil engineering projects from inception to completion. Preparation and submission of interim valuations and final accounts. Cost control and forecasting across multiple sites. Identify and manage variations and changes to scope. Subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and account management. Prepare and present monthly cost/value reports to senior management. Maintain compliance with contractual and financial procedures.
