Location: Manchester, UK Our client is a well-established regional main contractor delivering high-quality construction and refurbishment projects across the North West of England. With a strong reputation for excellence, the company specialises in façade replacement, building envelope works, and refurbishment schemes . Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of a portfolio of smaller-scale façade replacement projects (£1m–£4m) across Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and commercial reporting across multiple projects, ensuring works are delivered on budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors, the Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in maintaining strong commercial control and supporting project delivery.
