This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic business delivering a diverse range of projects across London and the South East. Our client specialises in high-quality construction schemes, with a strong pipeline of work spanning fit out, refurbishment, and cut & carve projects. They are seeking an ambitious and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities: Managing project costs from inception through to final account Preparing and reviewing subcontractor packages and procurement schedules Valuations, variations, and cost reporting Liaising with project teams, clients, and subcontractors Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in line with commercial targets Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment Experience in fit out, refurbishment, or cut & carve projects is highly desirable Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent) What's on Offer: Competitive salary between £40,000 - £60,000 Attractive benefits package Clear progression opportunities within a growing business Exposure to a varied and interesting project portfolio This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career with a reputable contractor delivering high-quality projects across a prime regional market.
