Quantity Surveyor

Fanatastic new opportunity for a Cost Manager - Quantity Surveyor with a relevant Construction related HNC or Degree qualification and may also be MRICS.

It is essential that you have at least 3 to 10 years’ experience in this role working as a Client Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor.

You will be expeienced within MCIPS and be security cleared.

You will be experienced in managing and putting together cost plans, handling the Estimating aspect of this role, and working on bespoke methods of measurement as part of your duties and full cycle project/cost management. 

Mentoring and managing a team will form part of your duties as well.
