Job Description - Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor - London/Kent - Salary Â£75,000

Our Client are a fit out contractor working on Cat A and Cat B projects valued from Â£500k up to Â£3,000,000 now seek to appoint a QS to the commercial team.

You will join a small close-knit team and work directly alongside directors clients and projects teams, knowledge of the fit out industry from a sub contractor or main contractor is ideal with a background in commercial projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with 3 - 5 years experience to take the next step in their career and work within a business that will offer a fruitful and lucrative career.

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

Manage full cost life cycle

Maintain companies target margin on projects

Produce and submit monthly valuations

Compile and submit final accounts

Maintain and update internal systems

Site visits meeting clients and project teams

Quantity Surveyor Key Skills:

Main Contractor or Sub Contractor experience within fit out

Managed full projects with proven experience

Sound commercial skills and ability to ensure budgets and margins are managed

Experience managing projects valued up to Â£3 Million

Experience on fast paced projects
