Job Description - Quantity Surveyor


Quantity Surveyor - Competitive 



Our client a leading facade subcontractor across the residential and commercial sectors now seek a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and work closely with the directors.







Candidates are invited from both the main contractor or subcontractor background to apply for this role with backgrounds in various façade packages, brickwork and plastering knowledge being advantageous.







Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:







• Pricing variations



• Producing BOQ’s



• Managing final accounts



• Assessing sub-contract works for sign off



• Processing payments



• Negotiation and procurement











Quantity Surveyor Key Experience:







• Residential or Commercial



• Façade packages – Brickwork, Rendering and Plastering



• Quantity Surveying 



• Commercial background



• Strong negotiation skills







For the successful Quantity Surveyor, there is an excellent salary of up to £70,000 Plus package and a clear cut progression plan.
