Our client is seeking to expand their highly experienced commercial team with the addition of a Quantity Surveyor.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have some experience in a commercial role, and while fit-out experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. This position offers ample opportunities for learning and professional development.

Our client, with a an impressive project pipeline for the next 12 months, provides the successful candidate with exposure to high-end, bespoke projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing/Assisting with final accounts
  


• Pricing variations
  


• Producing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  


• Assessing sub-contractor works
  


• Procurement
  


• Processing invoices
  

Key Experience and Skills:

• Knowledge of construction projects (fit-out trade/subcontractor experience is advantageous)
  


• Understanding of various project packages
  


• Ability to ensure projects remain profitable and within budget
