Quantity Surveyor - Manchester - £55,000

Our client are specialists in Civil Engineering and Groundwolrks, are looking to add to their very experienced commercial team, the ideal candidate must have strong commercial acumen and come from a residential commercial background. With a turnover of almost £50 million and an exceptional order book for the next 12 months or client will offer the successful candidate exposure to some very exciting projects.

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

• Managing final accounts
  


• Pricing variations
  


• Producing BOQ’s
  


• Assessing sub-contractor works
  


• Procurement
  


• Processing invoices
  


• Authorising payments
  

Quantity Surveyor Key Experience:

• Civil and groundwork project knowledge
  


• Knowledge and understanding for various packages
  


• Ability to ensure projects are profitable and on parr with budgets
  

On offer is a salary of up to £55,000 plus car allowance and career progression.
